EMISSIONS TRADING UNDER THE KYOTO PROTOCOL

Another excellent article by David Driesen explaining why carbon trading and other neoliberal approaches mess with the long-term technological and social choices needed to address global warming -- and that there's no way of "fixing" this because it's built in to the way carbon trading works. Fans of a carbon tax as a primary approach should also take note. Just published in the Indiana Law Journal 83, 1 (2008).
